Mark your calendar and join us for this 4th annual Alameda Bike Festival & Rodeo

This festival is a project of the Alameda Safe Routes to Schools Task Force in partnership with Alameda Unified School District, Alameda Recreation and Parks, and the Kiwanis Club of Alameda.

This day of bicycle celebration and education, will prepare families for safe summer riding, and promote life long enjoyment of riding bicycles.

The day begins with a Family Cycling Workshop at 9:30 am, a Learn to Ride Class at 10:00am, with theFestival beginning at 12:00pm. Festival activities will include, Bike and Helmet decoration station, a Bike Rodeo to practice rules of the road, Helmet Fittings and Giveaways, Bike-Blended Smoothies, a Cargo Bike demo station, Face Painting, Bicycle Trivia Wheel, a Lock Your Bike Challenge, Free Repairs a the BikeMobile, AC Transit Bus Rack, Taco Truck, a Free Raffle, and much more to inspire, educate and encourage safe bicycle riding in Alameda.
