Join us for this interactive workshop designed for students and their parents. You’ll walk away with brain-based strategies to improve focus, lessen procrastination, and support rock-solid studying. Specifically, you will learn:

  • A simple brain-based formula for learning anything
  • Two life changing routines for students that lessen the urge to procrastinate
  • How parents can help students implement these new habits without resorting to nagging
  • And more

Presenter Gretchen Wegner is an academic life coach who inspires students to uncover their true identities as capable, creative learners in school and life.
